Grooming duration depends on the size and condition of the pet but is generally 1.5 hours.
* Dry bath is a bath without water. This waterless bath allows to shampoo without wetting or rinsing when bathing is not practical. Uses: To remove stains, to spot clean and deodorize, after surgery, soiling mishaps, for cats and old and sick pets.

POLICIES
1. Groomers are not allowed to go into the clients' homes to get the pet for the grooming service. As the service is provided in our vans, clients need to handover their pets to the groomers outside their homes.
2. Clients are not allowed to go into the van unless prior approval from the groomer. Clients can watch the grooming service from the outside, as the vans have clear windows.
3. Groomers are not allowed to park the van in underground parking.
4. Pet owners need to disclose information about their pet's behavior, as they may need to take medication prior to the grooming service as prescribed by a vet. Failing to provide this information when booking the appointment, a cancellation fee will be charged if the grooming session cannot be performed due to the pet's behavior.
5. Pet owners need to disclose information about the health and condition of their pets, as a waiver may be required prior to the grooming service.
6. Grooming services will not be provided to pets with lice. This information needs to be disclosed by pet owners at the time of the booking and failing to do that, a cancellation fee will be charged.
7. Pet owners need to disclose the actual condition of their pets in order to price the service accurately (e.g. pet without grooming for many months, which may impact the time and price expected to complete the full service).
8. When booking an appointment; please expect us at your place between half an hour earlier/later due to weather conditions, road conditions, traffic, prior appointments, etc. The times given are estimated times for arrival.
